Our ANSI Chemical Process Pumps are premium quality, manufactured in North America and 100% interchangeable with other OEM brands including Durco® Mark 3™ and Goulds® 3196™. This offering also includes Low Flow ANSI-Dimensional Pumps that are specially designed for trouble free operation at low flows and Self-Priming Chemical Process Pumps. Our Series SPT® Heavy Duty Non-Clog Solids-Handling Self-Priming Trash Pumps feature a large capacity volute that permits automatic self-priming and non-clog semi-open dual-vane impeller ideal for pumping solids-laden liquids and slurries. Pump sizes range from 2" to 12" inlet/outlet and are capable of passing spherical solids from 1¾" (44.5 mm) up to 3" (76.2 mm) in diameter, depending on pump size. Series SPT® pumps are a direct replacement for other brands of Non-Clog Solids Handling Self-Priming Trash Pumps like Gorman Rupp® T-Series. WE NORMALLY STOCK 3”, 4” & 6” SIZES OF OUR SERIES SPT® PUMPS. Our Series SPU® High Efficiency Solids Handling Self-Priming Pumps feature a specially designed volute for minimal friction loss and drag and a non-clog multi-vane open impeller capable of passing spherical solids from 13/16" (20.63 mm) up to 1¼" (31.75 mm) in diameter, depending on pump size. Pump sizes range from 3" to 6" inlet/outlet. Series SPU® pumps are dimensionally interchangeable (inlet/outlet) with other brands of High Efficiency Self-Priming Pumps like Gorman Rupp U-Series™ and Non-Clog Self-Priming Solids Handling/Trash Pumps, allowing them to replace “Trash Pumps” (within SPU® solids handling limits) in applications requiring higher efficiencies (lower horsepower) and/or higher heads. Our Heavy Duty Close-Coupled Centrifugal Pumps are rugged construction-space spacing design offering numerous feature advantages over other brands. Suitable for various applications handling clear to light solids-laden fluids. Flows to 3000 USGPM (11355 L/min) and Heads to 500 feet (150 m). Over 150 pump and motor combinations available and pump sizes ranging from 2” x 1¼” - 5 to 8” x 6” – 16. Wide range of construction materials available. Our Vertical Multi-Stage Pumps are ideal for clean water supply and clear liquid applications. Our Thermoplastic Pumps are a cost effective and ideal solution for pumping corrosive liquids. For hard water and mineral scale problems we offer a complete line of Scalewatcher™ Electronic Scale Control Systems for Large Heavy Industrial (24”-80” Pipe Dia.), Heavy Industrial (4”-16” Pipe Dia.), Light Industrial (2”-8” Pipe Dia.), Commercial and Residential applications. There are also systems designed specifically for Private and Municipal Swimming Pools and Irrigation Systems. Scalewatcher’s Small Wonder™ unit is designed for smaller residential applications (max 1” pipe O.D.) with a municipal water supply. These systems are an effective, maintenance free, chemical free and environmentally friendly solution for hard water and mineral scaling problems.
